This Vermeer painting is really cool it has a painting inside a painting i love how there is a window showing a beautiful day out side. I think the painting in the back round is Mona Lisa. i think the person is kissing her hand and the other one is knitting

This is titled The Girl with a Wineeglass. I like Vermeer's paintings because the people are very normal looking. They aren't beautiful, or princesses or anything. They look like regular people. I"m pretty sure the picture in the background isn't Mona Lisa. I think it's a man. -T

This is a picture of a lonely lady pouring a cup of milk. I think Vermeer did a god job on adding the details because he added shading to it to give it demension. Fun Fact: No one really knows what Vermeer looks like, it's a mystery!-Lucy :)
I didn't know that no one knew what he looks like. That's interesting. Yeah, the detail in the painting is fantastic. The bread even looks like you could eat it. This picture is cut off. There's more background and detail in the original. -T
Cool painting- Abby I like this painting because it has so much detail even the little things that you can barely see are overflowing with detail. This is called Gril with a Pearl Earring. It's the painting of Vermeer's that I've seen the most, so I think it's his most famous. I think the expression on her face is fantastic. -T
